Benyon pulls some strings and Doc McCoy is released again. Unfortunately he has to cooperate with the same person that got him to prison.. The Getaway is a 1972 American action-crime film directed by Sam Peckinpah and starring Steve McQueen and Ali MacGraw.. Movie's year of release is 1993 and was directed by Roger Donaldson. Very enjoyable crime movie , love it!
